At G.T Detergents, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy:

1. Change of Mind

We offer a 14-day refund policy for most items in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. You are entitled to a full refund if you change your mind, provided the products are:

•Unopened

•In original condition and packaging, with the seal intact.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If an item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to:

•A full refund, including the cost of the original delivery and return shipping.

•This must be requested within 30 days of receiving the goods.

3. Return Shipping

•For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Hygiene and Safety Regulations

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened car cleaning chemicals cannot be returned for a refund unless they are faulty or misdescribed.
